Fitness Classes
Fitness classes with Deborah:
Thursdays 9.30-10.30am: Gentler Fitness, a fun exercise class set to music and covering all aspects of fitness at a relatively gentle pace, but with options to increase levels of intensity if required. This class is suitable for those with a reasonable level of mobility who wish to improve their strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Thursdays 11-12noon: Mat Pilates (currently full), a full body workout for increased strength, flexibility, stability, balance and posture, suitable for those with experience of Pilates classes.
Classes cost from £7 per session.
